Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to request a return authorization.

Pack Items
Place the unworn shoes back in their original T.U.K. box and secure them inside a shipping mailer or box.

Attach Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off
Hand your package to the designated carrier. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
